Cookies

This website only uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage items (e.g. for the language setting). No tracking, analytics or marketing cookies are used. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser at any time.

Server Log Files

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA) automatically records technical data in server logs: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, requested page, date and time, and a shortened IP address. This data is used to ensure security and stable operation of the website and is deleted after a maximum of 30 days. It is not merged with other data sources.

Fonts and external content

No external fonts (e.g. Google Fonts), no external trackers and no social media plug-ins are embedded.

4. Contact form and intro call

When you use the contact form, I process your name, email address and message in order to respond to your enquiry. If you additionally book a free intro call, I also process the date and time of the chosen appointment as well as the data exchanged during the meeting. The legal basis is your consent and the initiation or performance of a contract. Data is only shared with the processors listed below.

5. Processors and third-party services

To operate this website and handle your enquiries, I use the following service providers:

• Hosting: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA – website hosting and server logs (retained for max. 30 days).
• Email delivery: Resend, Inc., USA – sending of confirmation and notification emails (name, email address, message, selected appointment).
• Online meetings: Zoom Video Communications, Inc., USA – used on request for the optional intro call (name, email address, appointment and content exchanged during the meeting).

When using these services, data may be transferred to the USA. Such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards (in particular EU Standard Contractual Clauses or comparable contractual commitments).

6. Retention period

Personal data is only stored for as long as it is necessary for the respective purpose or required by statutory retention obligations. Enquiries from the contact form and related emails are deleted once they have been finally processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing as well as data portability of personal data concerning you. Any consent you have given can be revoked with effect for the future at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority – in Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch).
